Title: gax Time Ranges

I am trying to manage work time ranges in gax/routing parameters/parameter groups/date pattern/time ranges.
Exists problem how to manage time range by sliding signs. It depends on browser zoom level, mouse sensitivity. Almost impossible. It jumps by few minutes.
Let's say in stops for ex.: on 8:58 or 9:02, but not exactly 9:00.
How to overcome that without direct management in CM? Can't find possibility to manage time range by digits entering, not by sliding.
I would prefer to provide gax usage for customer without CM usage at all for that.

CME ;)
GAX as web app has its own demons. Raise eSR on Genesys so they improve that. Will probably ask for a eFR.

can you predefine value in OPM? Or, you can edit it in the transaction list generated by GAX...
