Title: Genesys Administrator Extension

I have problem while logging in to gax. I deployed in our genesys platform environment. While i am trying to access the GAX in my local system i cant able to log in. It shows the below error.
"Cannot log in. Please check your username and password, and try again."

Do i need to change any settings in "gax.properties". If yes, please provide solutions.

Read the deployment guide. For the first time, you can use the "root" user (without password) to make first initialization. Other possible way, is manually configure the gax.properties file according to the documentation, restart the GAX and afterthat you should be able to log in.
