Hello,
For our Genesys installation we are using an Oracle database.
We are currently facing some reporting issues and suspect that our Reporting Server cannot connect to the Oracle database.
We would like to confirm if there is a connectivity issue between the Reporting Server and the database but we do not have a necessary piece of information:
- Where in the Reporting Server configuration is the database connection string specified (username, password, port, SID)?
Any help would be appreciated. We recently took over support for this application and we are not familiar with it.

By Reporting Server do you mean GVP?

Just follow installation guides...it is all defined there
