We recently got a request that a customer is in need to have the chrome browser embedded into Interaction Desktop. We whought, fine, that should not be that hard of an issue to solve since there already is a browser addin that uses the native Windows Winforms webbrowser (IE). And atleast in CIC 2017R2 the CEFSharp libraries are available native for Interaction Desktop. We have look at numerous examples on how to create winforms that use CEFSharp to load the Chromium browser but to no avail. The browser doesnt seem to populate the panel since it is called from a UserControl-class (we guess) Has anyone done something similar? The project compiles properly but when adding the new addin-tab to Interaction Desktop, .NET crashes intermittently. Suggestions? And yes, We are not that used to develop in C#, its more trial and error here =)

Hi Terry, here I'm again. After a test period I can say that the problems are caused by suspendfordn following the first one; they just don't work.

The sequence SelectDN -> SuspendForDN -> DB Wizard -> SuspendForDN

Causes the second SuspendForDN not to work, so the function block drops the call again without waiting for the timeout value, generating a continuous loop instead of repeating the loop after the suspendfordn interval value. I'm trying to do a new selectdn before the new suspendfordn to see what happens.

Hi Kubig,
 I guess you mean Web Services block with HTTP option, right? I will give it a try and see how it works.
 Actually the vxml is provided by Spitch and the customer wants Speech Recognition to be enabled only on those specific services where the vxml is available rather than being able to enable it from config.

You can use the HTTP block and try to GET the content from the web server, if you recieve any valid input you will be sure that the document is available. In other cases, you should suppose web server is out of service. BTW: This can be achieved by using "alternate/backup" webserver.

Hi,

 Anyone knows if there is anyway to check if a vxml is available on the server before calling the application? I need to play a prompt before calling the app and I don't want to play it if the vxml is not there.

You can change the color of the interaction header. Customer uses that so he knows when a customer was identified or not easily. It is updated via strategy override options.

Thank you for you reply. Yes I was searching something out of the box. because never had developed for WDE. But as I understand casedata is ot the thing I was looking for. CaseData is not showing additional alerts if I am correct, I can only change the color of attached data.

If you want something out of the box you could just do something with CaseData.  Not sure if that's a visible enough thing for you though.

Hello friends. Searched docs and forum but haven't find an answer. Is there possibility in WDE to highlight certain numbers on incoming voice call ? Highlight or alert someway or maybe change theme of WDE or anythihing to draw CSRs attention ?
