Title: [Solved] CC Pulse view is not updated

I have created a workspace with template

the template has a total value which is derived from formula and also other statistics using filters.

this view and template was working fine with no issues for a while and it stopped all of a sudden, the values are not been updated.

the ccpulse stat server is been used for other call routing related views and works fine, not sure why there is a problem with only one of the views/templates

Help is appreciated.

Updated  : The stats i was pulling off are from database and not from the statserver, we found the etl process was stopped.
when we started the etl process the stats are updating

Stat Server still in primary mode? 

Missing filters in backup stat Server?

 Other stats used in formula displaying correctly? 

What is displayed in your formula column at the moment?

What happens if you run CCPulse from the host where Stat Server is installed? can it connect all okay + stats increment? If that does, would check firewalls  :)
