Hello there,
we have a test lab here with genesys on it.. We would like to test loadbalancing feature by logging in an agent.
we do not have any switch/ACD except for that of provided by Genesys. Also, as you may have guessed....we run on the SIP environment..... ..its a pure genesys out of the box environment......
can anybody let us know how do we go aout this?????? :o

Use SIP Server or use the Emulation switch, search in the forum for further info.

Hi,

Sorry but I don't understand what you're trying to achieve... Do you want an application allowing you to log in an agent? or Do you want to implement load balancing SIP Server?

R.

I think he means to do call balance distribution between agent groups.

Uhm, I am totally confused now... load balancing between the agents means just using URS. I think he means he wants to generate the calls to test how his SIP server environment works...

Can you please clarify what you want?
