Interaction Server + Oracle not working properly

I need to figure out why it is not working.
I want to work with Interaction Server for install Push Preview dialing mode.
Please help me ASAP.

Your issue is caused by wrong configuration - unknown TNS name - of DAP used by Interaction Server

Please ensure that value of the attribute "DBMS Name" on "DB Info" tab is valid Oracle TNS Name.

In configuration server and dbserver same configuration are there.
It is running fine.
Y it is not taking here.
How I can make change in TNS name.

There are two places you have to check. The first one is Genesys Configuration. The seconds one is Oracle TNS listener configuration.

1/ CME
Check that DAP used by Interaction Server is configured properly. I'm quite sure it isn't because specified TNS name - ORACLEPP - is the same as host name where Genesys DB Server is running. Such configuration is possible but not very common.

2/ Oracle TNS
If specified TNS name - ORACLEPP - is correct then you should check configuration of Oracle client on host where Genesys DB Server is running. Ask your Oracle admin to help you with that if you are not familiar with Oracle configuration.

My Oracle_SID = GENCONFI
MY ORACLE_HOSTNAME = ORACLEPP
Now i am searching the dbserver.cfg file to make change in it.
But only DBServer had that file but no other Interaction_DBSErver, OCS_DBServer had it.
My Oracle Network had TNSNAME.ora file and the details it had are same which i am providing in my Interaction_DAP database DBINFO.
Anything i m missing from myside. Please let me know.

As I've written in my post you have to modify DAP. There is no dbserver.cfg file for DBServer that is client of Configuration Server.

Here are the steps you have to do:

1/ Open Genesys Configuration Manager (CME) and logs in
2/ Find application named "IXN_DAP_760" and open properties of it
3/ Go to tab "DB Info"
4/ Set parameters as listed below:

    DBMS Name: IXNDB  [i]<--- this is TNS name defined in your tnsnames.ora file[/i]
    DBMS Type: oracle
    Database Name: <...leave empty...>  [i]<--- this attribute isn't used for Oracle DBMS[/i]

    User name: <...enter valid user name...>
    Password: <...enter valid password...>
    Re-enter Password: <...enter valid password...>

5/ Apply changes by clicking "OK" button
6/ Check that required database structure was created in the database IXNDB
7/ Restart Interaction Server

Now its working.
DBMS Name: IXNDB  <--- here i made changes and it is working fine.
DBMS Type: oracle
Database Name: <...leave empty...>  <--- this attribute isn't used for Oracle DBMS
