WDE Customization: RequestPrivateService

Hi,

I have created a plugin for WDE to show details on an OpenMedia interaction (custom media type). The view has a button, and if clicked I want to send a RequestPrivateService for that interaction. I assumed I could do this simply by creating a RequestPrivateInfo request and send it over the client channel associated with the interaction - but since my client channel is an Interaction Server type channel, and RequestPrivateInfo requires a TServer type channel this does not work.

Can anyone tell me how to send a RequestPrivateService for a non-voice interaction from WDE? URS can do it, so I assume there must be a way in WDE to achieve it as well.
