WDE: Create CustomWorkItem with NOTE

Helo, I'm using PSDK and I'm trying to create a Custom Work Item. I can create the interaction in Interaction Server, and also UCS, but when the interaction
is delivered to an agent, the Notepad View is not visible, If I create the CWI with ESDK using OpenMediaService.MakeInteraction the note is shown but the interaction is opened on creation, I want to send the interaction so another agent, not open it.


The permissions to see the note are ok, the difference is on the creation of the interaction, what am I missing?

I first use Interaction Server protocol with RequestSubmit, then requestInsertInteraction in UCS, and finally request place in queue, I set a contactID in the requests.
