Such as making a call to a queue and adding additional information?

Hello, good day to all, I address you with all due respect.

I am new using the GENESYS API and would like to know how to make a call deriving it to a queue already created and additionally add information in the call.
If you could please help me with a fragment of code or some tutorial or manual to guide me.

Queue already exists...where?
Add information...like what? Strategy based?
API...which one?
Route from where to where? That is job of the strategy of switch unless you talk about a transfer?
