As Subject, How to monitor licence usage in Genesys system?

Genesys did offer a product called Licence Reporting Manager (LRM) but that is not end of life.

For basic configured/enabled licence usage some people have extracted data from the config database.
For concurrent agent based licences, it is possible to generate reports out of infomart but your mileage may vary... not many people are happy with this outcome for complicated reasons.
