Question on RequestAgentNotReady

I have an Agent that logged in using IWS and shows ready.  But when I run the "RequestAgentNotReady" in Java using the DN. I am getting an "AttributeErrorCode  41".  Any thoughts?  The logs appear to match when reviewed in the server logs.

You must perform RequestRegisterAddress for that DN before you send any other request on that DN
