Browser Softphone?

Jeff:
I am very interested in hearing opinions about the browserased softphone. Two months back Genesys has released a Java Desktop App, so it is now only a matter of time before our customers will ask for browserased desktop application.

In my humble opinion, we would all benefit from developing a browserased desktop application. I do not know much about HTML, but I know a little bit about tlibrary. I would like to join this Developer Forum. How do I do it?
