Verint 15 Screen Capture Audit

Hi All,

Just wondering if anyone knows how I might do an audit on screen capture % at an agent level. I.e

Agent Name
Agent Organisation
Agent Screen Capture %

My company curently has varied levels of capture so I'd like to understand where the gaps are to managements expectations.

I have access to the database using SAS but none of the tables jump out to me? And the out of the box reporting through the UI doesn't appear to have anything that caters to this.

Any help would be most apprecatied.
