Genesys apps install on macbook with m1 processor

Hello,

please can i check if anyone has managed to install any Genesys apps like WDE, CCPulse, IRD using parallels on a macbook?
i have tried it and receive a message stating there is an unknown processor architecture and fails.
presuming this is caused by the macbook processor being the m1 rather than intel.
just wondered if there was a way round it.

Unless Paralells could simulate Intel architecture, doubt it.
