Statistis Report IVR

Dear All,

I'm newbie in genesys environment, fyi currently my sistem using Genesys System (Inbound and Outbound) and Periphonics IVR. I want to know how to Create Statistic IVR ini genesys sytem witha purpose to collect : Sum of Total Call in IVR, Abandoned in IVR and Menu in IVR.

Please advice.
