What is the difference: SData and CallsWaiting?

Hi, guys,

I noticed something really interesting:
when I have a call in queue and I issue the following command I get the right number of calls in queue:

SData[Cat[sVQ,Cat[Cat['@',sStatServer],'.Q']], 'StatCallsInQueue']

But if I call the following function from IRD, I get 0!!!

CallsWaiting [Cat[sVQ,Cat[Cat['@',sStatServer],'.Q']]]

Why? Why? Why?!!! there is no error in URS log or anything!!!

I am using URS 6.5.107
