WFM Integration

Can anyone tell me how to integrate media types other than inbound into WFM? Specifically speaking Outbound calls through campaigns? I thought I had this setup correctly, but it stopped tracking data. I setup an activity for the campaign in WFM and a statistic for interaction volume as well. I also have a filter created to use with that statistic specific to the outbound campaign. Am I on the right track? I know I left out some specific information, if anyone has done this and wants more speicifics...let me know what you'd like to see and I can post it!
