Predictive call takes too long to dial

Hey guys, I am installing OCS 7 atm, and our dial time seems to be overly long. From the MakePredictiveCall until we get EventDialing back take from 7 > 10 seconds. It doesnt seem to be a Genesys induced delay, but more on the Switch side.
Anybody else got an example of how long this should take?

We are using OCS and CPD V7 with a Siemens DX, and are dialing through the DPD using DTMF, not through the Tserver.
