Oracle SQL to trace CCon calls

SQL User:
Good morning,

do any of users on this board have an Oracle SQL script that will allow me to:

- define the timeframe and virtual queue
- list all the calls that were there and where they went after that

I know it is a very generic question, but I am new to Oracle and Ccon and your help would be just great.
