Filter After Call Work Lucent G3

Hello,

Lucent G3 and Genesys 5.1

If the softphone is used to request after call work while a call is in progress with attached data, a filter on after call work time against that data will work.

If the physical phone button is used to request after call work while a call is in progress with attached data, the filtered after call work time stat increments even if the filter condition is false.

Has anyone had this issue and found a solution?
