Solutions, as well as Answers...?

Ah - yeah but - no but... Pavel is looking out for the wiki.

I am thinking that, if solution tweaks spring to mind (to anyone - not just me!) and the thought at the point of discovery is "that would have been useful to know before I started...", then we should consider publish that information here.

I really think we should help Pavel with his Wiki, because it would be a great source of basic information which we would not have here. Of course, writing those articles is a total pain in a .... well you know where, but still, with SIP, GVP and who knows what else out there, I think we should definitely help him out.

One thing I am concerned with is if his Wiki is using the same software as Wikipedia. It would be a good idea to make sure that it has all the functionality we need.

I've finished my (very) Rough Guides to Genesys!  ;D

So, for anyone who needs to start at the beginning and for those who possibly don't have a clue about Genesys but would like a starting point, I've built up some really basic guide documents to;

Genesys Solutions
Genesys Framework
Genesys Configuration (including config server and CME)
Genesys Management (including SCS and SCI)
Genesys (Inbound Voice) Routing Solution (including URS and IRD)
Genesys Outbound (including OCS, CPD and OCM)
Genesys Real Time Reporting (including StatServer and CCPulse+)
Genesys Historical Reporting (including DMA, ETL, StatServer and Brio Enterprise Server (ODS and Broadcast Server and Brio Client (Designer))
Genesys Workforce Management (Framework and WfM Config Manager)
Genesys MCR (IXNServer, GAD and GSD - and very little about Content Analyzer)

My only "problem" now is, what media to save them in?  They are in Word but that's hardly worthy of a restricted distribution.  Perhaps Adobe Acrobat Writer?  Or maybe I should upload them to Pavel's GenWiki...?  Does anyone know what might be the best medium?  What I want to do is to be able to maintain them (via version control?) and also find a way so that they can't be pilfered but make them easy to navigate and refer to...
