Sometimes Emails did not pop up

Hi All
Currently i am using Internetsuite 5.1.619 and sometimes certain emails did not pop up on the agent desktop. when i check the database, it show me that the emails is still pendings and when i check the status in the pdf, it says"Accepted - we haven't gotten around to submitting it to IR yet", but it has been about 2 weeks since the emails first came in. Anyone ever encountered this kind of error before? Thanks.

We ran into the same issue. Genesys has a fix for it it is version 5.1.625 of MediaLink. We have installed this and verified that it works.
