Thanks for the note. I hope you are well.

I used to be based in the UK and yes, I believe we have met - at a user group meeting, I think.

I now work out of our Daly City office in California, responsible for customer marketing across the Genesys organization. As a result, I'm keen to hear any suggestions that can help improve the customer experience for you - especially what information you need to be successful and how it can be delivered to you. Webinars is the first step, but I'm very open to suggestions.
