When IR routes call, no EventRinging

Hi,

I've managed to get IR to route the call. It see the attached data, gets a target list and then routes the call.
IVR port 11001130... routing to VDN 4082 and IR routes it to target extension 4815... but I don't see EventRinging for 4815. What's the issue here?
