Has anyone integrated Genesys with Siemens Hicom switch? Are there any unusual issues I need to be aware of ? Thanks ...

At first you need a good switchengenieur for konfiguration
in Hicom. CallBrigde 3.15 or 4.0 doesn't support
treatments, but you can define your musik or annonce direct
in switch. I suggest to choose the Hicom300E with CallBrigde 4.0 CTIlink and Tserver 5.1.551.If you need konfig Example just
