How to get IR to load strategies at startup?

The problem was I kept looking at the loaded strategies thru Strategy loader and it doesn't show those loaded via Config Manager. Anyway, it's working now (I had to enable Annex view on Config Manager though). Strange that Strategy Loader doesn't know that a strategy is loaded via Config Manager.

When You load a strategy using Strategy Builder (using config server), you wont be able to see those strategies via the strategy Loader. This is the only catch when loading a strategy via the strategy builder. But the advantage is whenever the IR restarts, the strategy gets loaded automatically.

If you want to load a strategy on a CDN via the Strategy Loader, then You have to make sure that you have released the strategy on that CDN via the builder.
Only after making sure that none of the strategies are loaded on a particular CDN via the Builder, you can use the Loader to load a strategy.
