Call Concetrator stops receiving events

Hi, did anyone experience a similar problem where Call Concetrator after operating for a few hours would suddently stop receiving any events from the TServer? Looking through the logs, it claims that no calls were placed, even though there are. Thanks, Vic

Rob Townsend:
Are you running processes on Windows NT? If you are, make sure there are no screen savers other than blank screen enabled. This could be your problem.

Victor:
No, Call Concentrator is running on UNIX. It seems like it just stops to receive events about any calls from TServer. Weird...
