MD110 and outbound

Hi,
We try to install outbound (preview mode) with genesys 6.1 and MD110, we can load and start the campaign, but when a agent request a new record nothing append. We found that request are send to Tserver and OCserver but no more.
Any idea or mayby some personne with a md110 and outbound running.
