problem with LICENSE MANAGER

Hello, I have a problem with LICENSE MANAGER it gives me the following message:
8:46:58 (genesys.d) Wrong hostid, exiting (expected SENTINEL_KEY=b285f2e9, got SENTINEL_KEY=0).
8:47:13 (lmgrd) Please correct problem and restart daemons

Which is the problem?

You are sure you have the right sentinel key attached and have the correct license file? It sure sounds like you either do not have the right sentinel key, have the wrong license file, or your sentinel key is not properly installed.

Unfortunately, that functioned until the last stopping of the machine. Therefore I think that it is the dongle which died!

I am pretty sure it is the sentinel key that died. We had the same problem. Just exchange it and everything will be fine, I think.
