Hello,

does anyone know the reason for a [?] next to the agent status? I know this happens if you do not define the place for that person, but in this case place was defined. What makes problem even more interesting, if you click on the agent, his current status and statistics will be shown in the right window (CCP 5.1.070)

Anyway to fix that problem?

I had a problem similar sometime ago, well, i killed statserver
and started again and the problem was solved
