Opinions please on Genesys versus Lucent CentreVu

I would welcome some comments/thoughts from anybody about using the full suite of Genesys products (including internet suite) in a Lucent G3 environment in comparison to using the Lucent CentreVu product suite in a Lucent G3

I am really looking for the pro's and con's of each and if anyone does have experience of both, how did they perform in any form comparison.
