CCon Templates

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone could share some of CCon templates with me. I am looking through CCon data and I think there is a better way to look through the data than analyze it one by one.

I know that at some centers they use Excel sheets to get the data and then graph it. Can anyone share some of those templates?
Any other approaches to analyzing CCon data would be greatly appreciated.
