Integrating with MD110 (tserver & urs)

What switch configuration do we need to configure an Ericsson MD110 to work with ERS 6.5. Calls are only able to be routed to ACD Queues (groups), no skill routing. Unfortunately the people who're supposed to be the switch engineers aren't even very knowledgable about their own switch!!

What I intend to have configured will be:
free seating for agents
skill based and service level call routing
