From the press release, out today;

"Deutsche Telekom AG and France Telecom-Orange have agreed to combine their [b]procurement [/b]activities of customer equipment, network equipment, service platforms and - starting with four pilot-projects - IT-Infrastructure in a 50/50 joint venture. For this purpose they have today signed a non-binding Term Sheet which will be the basis for final contracts yet to be negotiated..."
