IPCC chances

Has anyone installed Genesys IPCC?

In my experience, I have noticed that client would rather use an IP version of their PBX instead of switching to pure softwareased product, even if it costs them a little bit more, because in most cases, a mere $50G to $100G saving in term of initial installation does not justify the risk taken with installation of a new product such as IPCC.

What are the chances of IPCC succeeding? And if it is to succeed then what market should it be focused on?
