Open Media Interactions

Hello,

Apologies for my ignorance, but what is defined as an open media interaction?

We have this defined within our license file, and to my knowledge never used it.
Is it related to SMS interactions?

I know there is a webform license for email, and live web channel for web media, so am thinking this must be SMS related?

I do not think that the license is related to SMS services,cause we have not got this license and we are using SMS. It is technical or commercial license?

This is the feature name within the license file - ics_custom_media_channel

Kubig:
Maybe for IM channel or custom eServices channel
