Agent Chat Client : FlexChatProtocol or BasicChatProtocol?

Hello All,

              I am creating an application where agents can handle chats with customers. What should i use FlexChat or Basic Chat ?

What is the Difference?

I checked in the ChatServer logs and i found that Interaction Workspace have entries for both, is that correct?
