GVP Reporting Service API

I'm able to write a tool to form the URL  that needs to be passed for GVP RS API and I'm able to get the data in xml form. However, I'm unable to read data from xml using c# as it uses Relax NG schema instead of xsd.

Please provide a sample and suggest sdks to use to read the data from the same.
