Hi there.
Have similar error yesterday, but today looks like it's work. If you know exact doc name or description you can try to seek out direct link to document  throw "Find Articles" in my customer care sections.

It seems like Genesys just had a small issue with their system. It is fine now.

I do, however, find puzzling how sometimes some documents are available while other times they are not on Genesys website. Genesys SIP T-Server 8.1 docs are on and off all the time for me.
