Genesys Interaction Recording

This new product has been released about one month ago but there is still no detail info about it.
Who knows - it is replacement for Quality Management solution by Zoom? Does it planned for non-voice interaction recording like chat?

I think , it is not replacing GQM (ZOOM), just only provide own product (I have heard about it a year ago) by Genesys. In case, when Genesys declince cooperation with ZOOM, you can still use ZOOM product with Genesys - GQM has no advantages over ZOOM.
As I know, there are no non-voice recording, but I haven't got whole informations - from my point of view, it is not necessary, because chat history is saved in UCS DB now
