CfgPerson query with a big response

Hi all,
i'm searching to solve a problem into an application that make a RequestReadObjects for reading all person of the tenent, receving a great amount of data. This is a problem because the application crashes!

So i'm thinking to read all person not all togheter but splitting the request.

I was thinking to make a filter for making several requests, for example scanning folder by folder.
Two questions i would make:
1) is this a good way to split the request? Can i chose a better filter to read all person?
2) there is an option on filter for reading folder and linked subfolder?
