Somebody Knows how to work with toasters on WorkspaceDesktop?

What i´m trying to do is hide toaster, that genesys is showing me about a Rescheduled Record of Agent.

I Make some type of PullPreview AutoAnswer and automatically opened a RecordRescheduled for an agent, but the toaster its showing and i want to hide it.
