Calls not getting routed since the target is being ignored

In my case, URS was getting agents not ready from StatServer, however using CCPulse, with the same Statserver used for routing, I see them as ready.
I had to delete extension, place, agent, agent login and recreated the agent.
It seems dump but that was the only solution for me.
