WFM 6.1 Compliance rules

Phil:
I am trying to set some compliance rules in DA config that allows me to monitor adherance. My situation is below :

An agent is scheduled to work between 09:00 am 12:00 pm. The agent goes into not ready between 10:00 am 10:35.

I would like to show the agent as non compliant after 10 mins therefore WFM would show the agent as non compliant between 10:10 am 10:35 am.

I am sure this is possible however I am struggling to get it correct in DA config.

Can anyone help?
