Cobrowse historical reporting using Interactive Insights

Hello,

we just finished to deploy cobrowse. Everything is working fine when it comes to live reporting using CCPulse or Pulse, but I cannot seem to be able to get historical reporting on interactions with cobrowse. I know there is a FR with Genesys to support out of the box reporting on cobrowse in Interactive Insights, but I would be surprised if there was no possibilites to get thsi (ie chat with cobrowse).
Anyone has successfully implemented this before?
