External Authentication through RADIUS

Hi ,

We are deploying new WFM applications for a particular Tenant, and our Client wants Users login to be authenticated via RADIUS.

I am having few doubts on Configuration & deployment of External Authentication.  Kindly help me find the answers for the below questions:

1. Since Other Tenants are already authenticating via RADIUS for other Genesys applications, can I just install new COnfig Server Proxies and select RADIUS while installing it?

2.Also, as per the Document for Ext Authentication Guide(8.5), Pg No 20
Pluggable Module(gauth_radius.dll) is used for communication with the third-party authentication server.

Please suggest the changes needed in the DLL file or How to make use of it to  communicate it with the Authentication Sever?

Also, where do we find this dll file?

Thanks In Advance.

PS: I don't have much knowledge on Programming.

As was replied on Genesys community:

You need to configure proper option for communication with RADIUS server. The DLL you can find within Confserv IP package or just reinstall the confserv and select the RADIUS server in the install wizard

Thanks.

Since my question was not fully answered, I had to post the same here.

Please suggest the changes needed in the DLL file or How to make use of it to  communicate it with the Authentication Sever?

And, Kindly let me know what changes in specific to configure if it needs to be done in dll.

Do not change the DLL at all. You just need to add the right DLL (for RADIUS), which is available in install package or through the install wizard.

Better uninstall Cfgserver and install again with Radius.
