Personal Greetings

Hello!
I have a problem with Personal Greeting configuration.
I have configured agent-greeting = music/oper00120.wav and customer-greeting=music/oper00120.wav in TServer section in Agent Login.
Also I have configured greeting - options in TServer application.
Wav file is in the MCP/music / directory, and steel there is no greetings playing, in TServer log I can see no requests to GVP to play wav file.
SIPS - 8.1.3 GVP - 8.1.5
Did anyone have such problems?

1)SIP 8.1.3 does not exist
2)You have to configured some part incorrectly,I tried it now in my lab and all works fine. Show your Agent Login annex configuration

And is this sample possible to play with GVP?If not,TServer does not send any prompt to the GVP for playing audio. I have saved my audio in folder "announcement"(which is standard folder for media file of treatment type) and to agent-greeting option in TServer section in annex on AgentLogin object I have configured "/announcement/agent-greet.wav" and for me it works

If the Wav file is in the MCP/music / directory

Then the path in the annex tab should be prefixed with a slash -
agent-greeting=/music/oper00120.wav
customer-greeting=/music/oper00120.wav

Which is how Kubig has it working.

How you have configured greeting options on TServer object in CME/GA? What say TServer log when the agent answer the call (in this moment TServer lists Agent/AgentLogin setting from annex)?

    I am having also some different trouble with the personal greetings, so if you don't mind I will explain it in this thread. I am working with SIP Server 7.5. I am trying to configure customer greeting in the strategies, since some services need personal greetings but some others don't. To do this I attach to the extension attributes the key "customer-greeting" (with the function : [tt]ExtensionUpdate['customer-greeting','greeting.wav'][/tt] ), the value is the media file to be played. This doesn't work and the caller doesn't hear anything. I don't know what can be the problem, because the configuration seems quite straightforward.

    If I configure the personal greeting in the Login object, (Annex tab->Tserver section->customer-greeting option) it does work correctly. So it doesn't seem to be a problem with the file or the sip server. Unfortunately I can't configure it at login level because agents can change at any moment to work in other services, and it is not possible to be changing these options in every login whenever an agent has to change.

Dears,

I have been looking for a something like this as mentioned in the subject topic. i.e Personalized Greetings

When a customer call reaches the agent, the customer should be able to hear a message with the Agent name (i.e personalized greeting for each agent).

Is this achieved using customer-greeting option in the Annex of Agent Login? If so, i tried that and placed the wav file in the /announcement directory of ARM GAX. I am not sure whether i am doing it right, please if anyone can help me out.
