Hi team,

In the CCPulse application, No values are getting viewed in the Capacity pane.
In the CME, Under CCPulse configuration application,
Under workspaces i have set the following conditions.

Enable Agent Capacity            -- True.
Enable Agent Capacity status  -- True.

The capacity pane is shown as empty. Kindly looking for your suggestions.

Just to make sure, did you configure and applied the Capacity rule(s)?

Team,

The issue has been resolved and it is working fine now.

When the call comes to the particular agent and has been accepted.

We need to right click on the particular agent and select Monitor Extended status.

It will displays the agent capacity in the capacity pane.
