Hi guys,
Facing some issues with IRD and Genesys sent me a way to enable logs on it:

Steps to Implement
1. Start IRD application;
2. Go to Tools -> Routing Design Options;
3. Open Views tab, check the Event Log and Event Log Viewer, click OK;
4. The additional Event Log Tab will appear in the left panel of IRD. Open it, click on Event Viewer ;
5. Right click on Event Log field, In dropdown menu select Properties. You will see a new window, change the Level of diagnostics to Level 3 (IRD version 7.6) Level 4 (IRD version 8) and mark all "Event Sources" and "Event Types";
6. Open File tab, and change there maximum log size and maximum log files values.

Guess can help someone around when needed

Just in case - not try to make log file size too big (like megabyte or more), if needed better to increase number of files. IRD performs sorting of lines in its log files and on big files it is noticeable (freezing of IRD for some periods time)

Good point, did notice it. However this sort of TB is for a short period of time only.
